Replace storm damaged roof
I recently had the roof on my house replaced by Ideal Roofing. Since I had the roof replaced by them several years ago and was pleased with the results, I didn’t hesitate to call them again. Drew, the Roof Specialist, was very helpful spending time explaining and showing videos about the quality of the materials, the warranties and procedures helping me to understand and make good decisions. The work began on time and the crew was very efficient completing the work in one day. They cleaned up everything. A crew member and Drew used a magnetic tool to pick up all the stray nails. A couple of visits were made by Drew to check on the roof and the repair of some hail damage to one of the windows. It all went well. Thank you Drew and Ideal Roofing.
Saviors During A Difficult Time
Ideal has done 2 roofing jobs for me over the years, the last one was in 2019. They did a superb job on both. I see they are still rated No.1 in our County listing of all kinds of contractors. Recently a good friend of mine encountered a roof leak during a rain storm. My friend is older like me and she takes care of her elderly mother all the time. Money is hard to come by for her for unexpected things like a roof leak, she has had her fair share of difficulty lately and needed help. Because of my real good past experience with Ideal Roofing, I reached out to the Owner for help. Ideal came through for my friend better than any of us could have hoped for, God Bless Ideal Roofing for their help for someone in need fixing her roof leak. It is so heartwarming to see that kind honest people like everyone at Ideal Roofing still exist. I cannot say enough good things about them and what a great thing they did without hesitation. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
replace roof and gutters
On 8/18/2025 my home and garage sustained considerable hail damage. I selected Ideal Exteriors because of their professional and experienced staff and GAF products because of its quality and warranty. Eric and Jim (Sales and Project manager) were fantastic. Whenever I called they answered the phone and responded immediately. The roofing team lead by Aviles were exceptional. The roofers were on time, obviously experienced, went above and beyond my expectations in performing and completing the replacement of 7 of my roofs on time and in an orderly manner and left the job site immaculate. They did not cut corners. When they saw a problem they fixed it. I highly recommend Ideal Exteriors.
New Roof Great Experience
After hearing a recommendation about Ideal Roofing i decided to call them to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my Roof. I was very impressed with the Roof technician. They sent out the estimate and I agreed. Yesterday was scheduled. They were on time and were very organized . The Roof technician Edinson was very good keeping me informed during this process and was very professional. The crew did a great job and cleaned everything up when they finished.
